Life Transitions
“The Only Thing That Is Constant Is Change .”
Heraclitus
Life is full of change—some expected, and much of it unexpected. Even positive transitions can leave us feeling unsettled, uncertain, or emotionally stretched.
These seasons can bring stress, confusion, and vulnerability. And yet, with support and a compassionate way of understanding ourselves, they can also become meaningful turning points for growth and clarity.
Change can be both challenging and transformative.
Like the natural seasons of the earth, our lives move through cycles of beginning, expansion, release, and renewal. Each season carries its own rhythm, its own lessons, and its own opportunities for growth.
When we begin to listen to what each season is asking of us, we develop greater awareness, resilience, and connection to ourselves—even in the midst of uncertainty.
Life transitions I support clients through include:
Starting college or a new career
Relationship changes (marriage, separation, divorce)
Parenting and family transitions
Relocation or immigration
Career shifts or job loss
Grief and loss
Health changes
Life-stage transitions and questions of identity or meaning
Sometimes we can navigate change on our own, and other times we need support along the way.
If you are moving through a season of change, I am here to offer steadiness, care, and guidance as you find your way forward.
